Carry out security screening of passengers and baggage in accordance with the latest DfT/CAA regulations. Other security duties including but not limited to Patrols, Access Control & I.D. Responsible for accurately encoding and updating product information, prices, promotions, and inventory data in the supermarket system to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate sales transactions.
Responsible for encoding, organizing, verifying, and maintaining accurate administrative records, documents, and data within the office system. Supports daily office operations by ensuring timely data entry, record management, and document processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with government procedures.
Communication: Answering and routing phone calls, screening emails, and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking appointments.
Document Management: Organizing both digital and physical files, preparing memos, and drafting reports.
Office Administration: Ordering supplies, tracking expenses, and assisting with general office workflows.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
