TYPING TEST
Due to my experience as a customer representative, I was able to achieve 50-60 words per minute with an accuracy of 98-99%. This experience helped me develop my typing skills and prepared me for tasks requiring speed and precision.

WORK I. REFUND REPORT
As a post-sale specialist, part of my responsibility is collecting and organizing data related to refunds we process. I use Google Sheets to efficiently gather and manage this information. To streamline the process, I’ve implemented drop-down selections for refund reasons, allowing for quicker and more consistent data entry. The information given below is merely an example entry showing how I record details such as the customer's name and account number.

WORK II. MORTGAGE REPORT
Here I used Google Sheets to create a mortgage report (the information is sample only). I used a different color background for the salary and mortgage outstanding so it can be easier to differentiate the information.
WORK III. PRODUCT ANALYSIS
In the table below, I used Google Sheets to collect data on specific products, including their sales and the corresponding profit generated for the company. To improve efficiency, I added a drop-down menu for the product category, allowing me to quickly and accurately organize product selections.
