I handled order fulfillment by processing eBay orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

My responsibilities included:

• Monitoring incoming orders from eBay
• Manually creating MCF orders in Amazon Seller Central
• Ensuring accurate customer shipping details (full address, city, postal code, etc.)
• Selecting the correct shipping speed and fulfillment options
• Coordinating with the prep/3PL warehouse when needed
• Tracking shipments and updating order status
• Handling issues such as delays, address errors, and customer concerns

This process helped streamline order fulfillment, reduce manual shipping work, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
