Customer Database Creation (Google Sheets)

I built a customer database in Google Sheets to help a business manage customer information effectively. I structured the spreadsheet with clear columns for Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth, Purchase History, and Notes/Comments, then entered sample customer data into each field. To improve readability and usability, I applied bold headers, adjusted column widths, used text wrapping, and added data validation to maintain consistent formats for dates and phone numbers. I also sorted the records alphabetically by name and applied filters, making the database easy to search, organize, and maintain.

Delivery Tracking & Logistics Reporting

I prepared a delivery update report to track route-level logistics for a single truck assignment, including driver details, loading and unloading times, and total drops completed. I logged each customer delivery with corresponding dates, SI/DR numbers, unloading time windows, travel time, and total time spent unloading, along with delivery status and quantities for items such as cartons, boxes, sacks, and units. This report demonstrates my ability to monitor delivery performance, maintain accurate time-stamped logistics data, and produce clear, organized reports that support route efficiency and operational tracking.

Fleet Card & Fuel Monitoring

I managed and monitored a fleet card portfolio through a fleet management platform, tracking card statuses across the entire fleet, including active, blocked, expiring, pending renewal, and cancelled/expired cards. I reviewed individual card details such as card numbers, last used dates, expiration dates, and automatic renewal settings, along with fuel transaction activity, to ensure cards remained active, compliant, and properly monitored for fuel usage. This task demonstrates my ability to monitor fleet assets and fuel spend, flag cards needing attention (such as those expiring or blocked), and maintain organized, up-to-date records to support smooth fleet and fuel operations.
