Hello! I am Daisy, a dedicated Virtual Assistant with a background in customer service and chat support. I may be new to the Virtual Assistant industry, but i bring experiences in helping customers, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences through effective communication and reliable support.
I have started in Customer Service where I worked as a Counter Crew at Jollibee and later as a Chat Support Representative at NOMERCOM. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
To expand my knowledge and skills in the virtual industry, I completed General Virtual Assistant and e-Commerce VA Virtual Assistant Training through ProVA PH. Through these programs, I gained experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Word, email management, and administrative tasks that support smooth business operations.

This year 2026, I have attended the training of General Virtual Assistant through ProVA Philippines to further enhanced my knowledge in Virtual World by discussing all the niche involved. As we go further in our training, our mentor has given me task on the niche i have chosen. I have completed hands-on activities that involved managing schedules and maintaining accurate records. Also I have performed data entry with accuracy using Google Sheets. The task given allows me to strengthened my attention to detail, time management, and problem solving skills, preparing me to provide reliable and efficient support clients in a virtual environment
To further enhanced my skills i have attended as trainee in e-Commerce VA in ProVA PH. The program focused on essential e-commerce operations, including product listing, product research, customer support and online store management. As part of the training i was tasked with creating an optimizing product listings and product research. This experienced allowed me to develop strong attention detail, data management skills and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows while supporting business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
