Hi! I am Mark James Saga Saldua, but you can call me James. I'm 25 years old, born in Siay Zamboanga Sibugay Province, but currently living in Taguig City Philippines. I really like reading especially Mangas (Japanese Comics) and watching Animes. I also like driving using my motorcycle and go to rural places. Just to feel the province vibe and far from crowd and the busyness of the city.

I did not go to collage, but I graduated senior high school way back 2018 in my hometown, and after that I went to the Manila and find jobs. I started as a construction worker, I worked there for almost 3 years doing constructions of some skyscrapers here in Metro. Then, I decided to try another career which to be a call center agent. After many attempts, rejections, and failures, I got hired for the international call center taking chat as a chat representative for a British streaming service which providing service for multiple countries. Little over 1 year, I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert on the same program. I was doing outbound calls, answering emails from the customers, doing some basic troubleshooting on their devices to fix the issue with the app we're operating. After almost 3 years, I realized that, that was not enough, I feel something inside me that urged me to try something because I know I can do more. So after thorough considerations, I resigned from my position as SME and here I am. Giving my all to polish my skills and ready to learn anything just to be a successful Virtual Assistant.

As a I move forward in this career, I am excited to learn and master all the skills that I need to provide excellent service to my future clients. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I can assure you that I am dedicated, passionate and reliable in terms on doing the jobs I am assigned to. I would love to connect and explore how we can create something amazing together.
