-Responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to follow scripts while adapting to live conversations. The position is remote and supports sales and marketing efforts by qualifying prospects and maintaining accurate records.
-Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
Identify customer needs and assess interest level.
Accurately confirm contact details and availability
-Record call outcomes, notes, and customer details in the CRM or tracking system
Update lead statuses and follow proper follow-up procedures
Maintain organized and accurate call logs and reports
-Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Maintain a professional phone demeanor and clear speaking voice
Represent the company positively at all times.
-Supervise, train, and mentor pastry staff, apprentices, and assistants
