INTRODUCTION: My name is Norainie Dalimbang and I have eight years of experience working in customer service. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills while assisting customers and managing various service-related tasks. In addition to my customer service background, I have undergone training in data entry, where I learned proper data management, accurate encoding, record organization, and the use of tools such as spreadsheets and databases. As part of my training, I completed assignments focused on data collection, data entry, formatting, and organizing customer information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
With my combined experience in customer service and data entry, I am confident in my ability to handle information carefully, maintain data accuracy, and support administrative tasks effectively.
