This portfolio highlights my hands-on experience in CRM management across HubSpot and Salesforce (IPS and Health Cloud), supporting accurate, organized, and reliable client and patient data.
In HubSpot, I regularly audit patient and client records to identify duplicate accounts and perform proper record merging, ensuring clean databases and data integrity. Using Cognito Forms, I collect complete and accurate patient or client information, which I then validate and enter into Salesforce IPS and Health Cloud with careful attention to field mapping, accuracy, and confidentiality.
I also maintain and update Cognito Forms to improve data accuracy and completeness. When required, I make minor updates to existing scripts or form logic provided by the client to ensure the data captured aligns with CRM requirements.
In addition, I support project coordination by tracking tasks and workflows using Jira, collaborating with clients to ensure priorities are clear, tasks are documented, and projects move forward efficiently.
