Data Entry Works:
The major objective of the project is to provide an exhaustive and correct database for all the dentists in Texas, USA. I successfully collected and filled in the required information by making use of a structured Google Spreadsheet.
Once this was done, the data was carefully uploaded to HubSpot CRM with close consideration of all the proper fields and formats. Sensitive information in the data, such as phone numbers, emails, and locations, was maintained under total confidentiality. I also made sure that all the information in the uploaded database was appropriately categorized for effective lead tracking and management.
Besides HubSpot, I have experience working with Salesforce IPS and Health Cloud. In these programs, I had to input information concerning patients as well as clients. This involved processing information from Cognito Forms, which had to be entered into Salesforce. Therefore, the process demanded a high level of accuracy, standardization, as well as compliance with data privacy regulations.
This project is a showcase of my diligence and highlights my research, data entry, and CRM management expertise. I have expertise in precise and accurate data entry, where unclean and unrefined information is transformed into structured and organized information.
