Managed end-to-end inventory and point-of-sale (POS) data for a high-volume cafe. I bridged the gap between physical stock on the floor and digital records, ensuring that the business never ran out of essentials while maintaining a 100% balance in daily financial and stock reporting.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
Daily POS Reconciliation: Managed daily sales data entry and reconciled cash-on-hand with digital system reports to ensure zero discrepancies.
Perishable Stock Tracking: Monitored fast-moving inventory (coffee beans, dairy, supplies) and maintained digital logs to minimize wastage and track expiration dates.
Supplier & Order Coordination: Prepared precise restock lists based on inventory data trends, ensuring timely ordering and preventing "out-of-stock" scenarios during peak hours.
Audit & Discrepancy Reporting: Conducted weekly physical stock-takes and updated the master database to reflect real-time availability.
