This workflow automation setup was created for BrightMind Tutoring Center to support a smoother lead follow-up and student journey process inside GoHighLevel. The automations were built to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and move contacts through the right stages at the right time.

1. New Inquiry Workflow
Handles new leads after form submission and starts the initial follow-up process.



2. Appointment Confirmation + Reminder Workflow
Sends confirmation and reminder messages after booking to help reduce missed appointments.


3. No Show Workflow
Handles missed appointments with follow-up actions and helps guide contacts back into the process.


4. Attended Free Trial Workflow
Moves contacts forward after attendance and supports the next step in the student journey.



5. Enrollment Workflow
Supports the final stage by moving leads toward enrollment and organizing follow-up actions.


Purpose
These workflows were built to automate follow-ups, reduce manual tasks, and create a smoother journey from inquiry to booked session, attendance, and enrollment.
Title: Tidello Cleaning Services — Automation Workflows
Overview:
This workflow automation setup was built for Tidello Cleaning Services to automate the full client journey — from lead capture all the way to payment, review collection, and re-engagement. Seven workflows were built to reduce manual work, keep leads warm, and ensure every client receives the right message at the right time.

TSC - New Lead Stage:
Triggers when a lead submits the Free Quote form. Creates opportunity, sends confirmation email, tags contact, and moves to nurturing after 1 hour.

TSC - Nurturing Pipeline
Sends 3 nurturing emails over 3 days to leads who haven't booked. Moves to Lost stage after no response.

TSC - Booked + Reminder
Triggers when appointment is booked. Sends confirmation email, 24hr reminder email + SMS, and 1hr SMS reminder.

TSC - Customer Paid
Triggers when contact is tagged as paid. Updates pipeline to Paid/Won and sends thank you email.

TSC - Review Request
Sends a review request email 1 day after payment to collect client feedback.

TSC - Re-engagement
Re-engages past clients 30 days after payment with an email and SMS encouraging them to rebook.

TSC - No Show Follow Up
Two-strike no-show system. First no-show gets a friendly follow up. Second no-show triggers a deposit warning and flags the contact.
