Data Entry refers to the process of inputting, updating, and maintaining information in a computer system or database. It’s a common administrative and accounting function, and it requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

This is a sample of customer information (dummy data) to be collected, including personal details, purchase history, and notes. The data should then be entered into a Google Sheets or Excel file with clearly labeled columns. The spreadsheet must be formatted for readability using bold headings, adjusted column widths, text wrapping, and data validation for accuracy. Finally, the data should be organized by sorting alphabetically by full name and applying filters for easy searching.


PIVOT TABLE helps you quickly summarize, analyze, and organize large sets of data. Instead of manually calculating totals or averages, a pivot table lets you group and rearrange data dynamically.

SUMIFS-is used to add up values that meet multiple criteria. It’s an extension of the SUMIF function, which only allows one condition.

XLOOKUP - is a modern replacement for older lookup functions like VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP. It’s more flexible and powerful because it can search both vertically and horizontally, and it doesn’t require sorted data.
