EMAILS SYSTEMS (Labels & Organization)
I organized and managed a busy Gmail inbox for an online business owner. I used labels like Clients, Leads/Inquiries, Bills & Payments, Internal/Team, Newsletters, and To Review/Follow-up to sort emails. I deleted or archived unnecessary messages, flagged important ones with stars and snooze, and made sure no important emails were missed. The inbox was kept clean, organized, and ready for daily management.

INBOX CLEANUP
I reviewed 20–30 emails in a busy inbox and applied a system to keep it organized. I deleted spam and promotions, reported suspicious emails, archived completed messages, and kept important emails with proper labels. This process kept the inbox clean, improved workflow, and helped the client focus on high-priority emails.

EMAIL FILTERS AUTOMATION
I created 3 Gmail filters to keep the inbox organized and prioritize important emails automatically. Newsletters with “unsubscribe” were labeled Newsletters and optionally skipped the inbox. Emails from key clients were labeled Clients and marked as Important. Emails with “Bills” & “Payment” in the subject were labeled Bills & Payments. This system automatically organized newsletters, highlighted client emails for quick responses, and grouped financial emails for easy tracking.

FOLLOW-UP SYSTEMS (Stars, Snooze, Calendars)
I used stars, snooze, and calendar integration to make sure no email was forgotten. Important emails were starred for quick follow-up, emails to handle later were snoozed, and meetings or tasks from emails were added to Google Calendar with proper title, date, time, and notes. This system kept tasks organized and ensured timely responses.
