HR Management
Keeping people, processes, and compliance moving without the chaos.
Most companies want to scale.
Few are ready for the mess that comes with it.
Candidates fall off the radar.
Paperwork gets lost.
Platforms don’t match.
Managers assume HR is “handling it,” but no one knows what “it” actually is.
Compliance becomes guesswork.
Teams wait for onboarding to finish.
Payroll needs correcting.
And everything takes longer than it should.
My work is simple: make HR run like it was built on purpose.
THE PROBLEM
The business had no predictable HR flow.
Recruiting happened, but tracking didn’t.
Onboarding started, but follow-ups were inconsistent.
Documents were collected, but not organized.
HR platforms were used, but not managed.
Email responses depended on who remembered.
Payroll required too much back-and-forth.
Compliance lived in scattered checklists and half-finished files.
Everyone was trying.
Nothing was connected.
WHAT I DID
I built structure into every part of the employee lifecycle.
No overcomplication. Just clarity.
Applicant Tracking and Recruitment
Created recruitment dashboards and candidate tracking sheets to keep every applicant visible from screening to final decision.
Onboarding Management in ADP and Paycom
Tracked new hires, document completion, and required tasks so no candidate slipped through.
Managed I-9, E-Verify workflows, and compliance checkpoints.
Airtable Onboarding Tracker
Centralized every new hire’s progress, status, missing items, and follow-ups in one place.

HR Email Communication
Developed clear, ready-to-send templates for interview invites, follow-ups, onboarding instructions, and reminders.

New Hire Paperwork Checklist
Created a single source of truth for every document HR needs, reducing errors and repeat requests.

SOPs (Simple and Complex)
Documented HR processes so the team could work consistently instead of guessing.
One SOP for quick workflows.
One detailed SOP for full HR clarity. (Click to Redirect: HR Process Workflow)
Payroll Computation
Prepared payroll calculations and assisted with cross-checking hours, adjustments, and deductions before processing.
THE RESULT
The HR workflow stopped feeling like a scavenger hunt.
Recruitment became transparent.
Onboarding became predictable.
Documents were complete, compliant, and easy to audit.
Email communication became consistent.
Payroll became cleaner.
And the team finally knew what was happening, why it mattered, and what came next.
HR went from “We’ll figure it out” to “It’s already handled.”
MY PROCESS
1. Make the invisible visible
Put everything in one place so nothing slips.
2. Build the workflow around the people, not the other way around
Simple systems employees actually follow.
3. Maintain compliance and clarity
Daily updates, structured follow-ups, and clean documentation.
HR isn’t paperwork.
HR is clarity.
When the process works, everything else does too.
