Xero Bookkeeping
Keeping the numbers clean so the business can breathe
Most businesses don’t fall apart because they lack revenue.
They fall apart because no one knows what the numbers actually mean.
Receipts get buried.
Accounts drift out of sync.
Cash flow becomes a guessing game.
And end-of-month turns into a scramble.
My work is simple: make the financial picture clear, accurate, and ready for real decisions.
THE PROBLEM
The bookkeeping workflow was spread across too many tools and too many hands.
Bills were uploaded inconsistently.
Bank feeds weren’t reconciled on time.
Payroll needed checking.
Reports were delayed.
GST classifications weren’t always correct.
AP and AR tasks were mixed between email, spreadsheets, and Xero.
The business couldn’t get a clean snapshot without digging for it.
Everything worked, but nothing worked smoothly.
WHAT I DID
I reorganized the workflow into a clean, predictable bookkeeping system in Xero.

MY PROCESS
1. Organize the inputs
Make sure every document, invoice, bill, and receipt has a home.
2. Reconcile the reality
Match bank data with ledger data until everything aligns.
3. Report with clarity
Deliver numbers that managers can actually act on.
Bookkeeping isn’t about software.
It’s about clarity.
When the numbers are clean, decisions are easy.
