Scope of Responsibility:
Data Input & Management: Cleaning retail data enrichment using spreadsheets.
Data Accuracy & Verification: Entering data from source documents to identify and modify the category, size, and other relevant details for a specific item.
Database Maintenance: Regularly clean item enrichment based on client updates and maintain databases.
Reporting & Organization: Organizing and encoding documents, as well as structuring and enriching data as required by the client.
Process Improvement:
Working with other team members to enhance the quality of data and speed up cleaning retail entry processes.
Item Data Enrichment & Standardization
Enriched and standardized item records by accurately mapping brand paths, category hierarchies, variants, sizes, and units of measure to client-defined requirements—improving catalog consistency, search accuracy, and downstream reporting.
Database Verification & Data Accuracy Assurance
Verified and reconciled URPC records against MX-provided item names, identifying discrepancies and correcting inconsistencies to maintain high database accuracy and data integrity.
