I use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to track, monitor, and manage customer information, including updating call records, remarks, and lead status. I ensure that all data is accurately recorded and organized for easy access and reporting.
During calls, I assist customers with their concerns, provide necessary information, and ensure proper documentation of each interaction. I also conduct follow-ups to maintain communication and improve customer satisfaction.
In addition, I handle data entry and reporting tasks by regularly updating lead details, statuses, and outcomes in the system to keep everything up-to-date and well-organized.
