I use Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools for daily reporting and data management. I prepare and organize data/leads which are then assigned to QA inspectors, ensuring they have complete details of their daily tasks and Areas of Responsibility and once results are available, I update the system by inputting detailed information, including the status of customers’ internet concerns and whether issues have been resolved.

Additionally, I handle various tasks in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Provision Request, Warranty After Repair and Return Provision Requests. All data is carefully monitored, updated, and organized to ensure accuracy and efficient reporting.


For documentation and reporting, I utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to compile and present photos of substandard installations or work performed by third-party contractors of PLDT. These reports are submitted at the end of each day.

General Virtual Assistant Training – Data Entry & Research Task

As part of my General Virtual Assistant training, I was assigned several hands on tasks designed to enhance my data entry, research, and spreadsheet management skills. One of the assignments involved organizing customer mortgage information using Google Sheets, where I practiced accurate data entry, formatting, and data organization.
Another task required me to research and compile a list of the Top 30 well known CEOs, including relevant information such as their company details and professional profiles. This activity helped strengthen my online research skills and attention to detail when gathering accurate information.
The training session lasted for almost 8 hours, and throughout the process our trainer guided us step-by-step to ensure we understood the tasks and improved our efficiency in completing them. This hands-on training helped me become more confident in handling administrative and data-related tasks commonly performed by Virtual Assistants.
Additionally, I completed a typing speed test, achieving a result of 40 words per minute (WPM), demonstrating my ability to perform data entry tasks with both speed and accuracy.
These exercises allowed me to further develop my skills in data entry, online research, spreadsheet organization, and administrative support, which are essential for providing reliable assistance to clients.
