I created this project to simulate a simple business operations system for a small online bakery. It focuses on organizing my daily processes such as order handling, customer communication, payment tracking, delivery coordination, and reporting using Asana.

I set up a workspace in Asana to organize all my tasks in one place. Inside it, I created a project titled “Client Operations Dashboard – Online Bakery” to simulate a structured business workflow.
I divided the project into clear sections: New Orders, Processing, Waiting for Customer Response, For Delivery, Completed Orders, and Reports & Admin. This setup helps me track tasks from start to finish in an organized flow.
I created tasks to represent the full order process, including recording orders, sending confirmations, verifying payments, preparing production lists, coordinating deliveries, and creating reports.


I also added additional tasks for customer communication, such as following up on pending payments, clarifying order details, and responding to inquiries to ensure smooth coordination.


I included reporting tasks to track daily sales and weekly performance, which helps me monitor overall business activity.
Some of my tasks were broken down into subtasks for clearer step-by-step execution, including checking orders, recording details, verifying payments, and updating statuses. To demonstrate workflow movement, I moved tasks across sections such as New Orders, Processing, and Completed Orders, reflecting a complete task lifecycle.
Overall, this project demonstrates my structured approach to organizing and managing business operations using Asana, from setup to task completion and reporting.
