I created a structured Notion system to simulate project coordination workflows, focusing on organizing tasks, tracking progress, documenting processes, and centralizing all information in one workspace.

I built a central dashboard that connects all sections of the system, allowing easy navigation between tasks, training modules, reports, and resources.

I developed a structured overview page outlining the system’s purpose, weekly breakdown, and overall workflow to guide the organization of the entire setup.

I created a database that breaks down work into structured modules categorized by week, status, and difficulty level to clearly track progress.

I set up a tracking database to monitor progress, completion rates, performance ratings, and feedback for each entry.

I designed a Kanban-style board to manage workflow stages such as To Do, In Progress, and, Completed.

This setup provides a clear visual representation of task movement through different stages of completion, improving workflow organization and tracking efficiency.
