I managed a record of 20 customers, ensuring their precise information details such as Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth, Purchase History, and Notes/Comments. This reflects the organized and detail-oriented approach I apply to high-volume administrative tasks.

The following steps outline my professional approach to this task:
- Created a structured database in Google Sheets featuring realistic sample customer profiles including contact details and purchase history.
- Implemented dropdown menus for purchase tracking and applied data filtering to enhance usability.
- For visual optimization, I improved readability through strategic formatting, including custom widths, color-coding and header styling.
- Applied sorting and organizational logic to ensure the dataset is clear, searchable, and professional.
Through this task, I highlight my proficiency in managing data accurately while using professional formatting to make complex information clear and accessible.

With a typing speed of 59 words per minute, I execute data entry tasks with both speed and precision. My focus is on saving clients time by delivering organized, accurate records that keep operations running smoothly.
