For this project, I used GoHighLevel to create a simple CRM and lead management workflow. The project focused on understanding the basic process of capturing leads, organizing customer information, and automating follow-ups inside the platform.
I started with the pipeline setup, where I created stages to organize and track leads throughout the customer journey. This helped me understand how businesses manage inquiries and monitor lead progress inside a CRM system.


I also created an inquiry form connected to a funnel/landing page to simulate a lead capture process. The form automatically collects customer information and sends it directly into the CRM, allowing inquiries to be organized efficiently.



To improve workflow efficiency, I configured workflow automation and email automation that trigger after a form submission. This allowed automatic follow-up emails and helped reduce manual tasks within the process.



As part of the testing process, I submitted a sample inquiry using my own email to make sure everything was working correctly. The submitted test lead in Opportunities confirmed that the form, automation, and pipeline were successfully connected inside the system.




Through this project, I gained hands-on experience with basic CRM setup, lead tracking, funnels, and automation using GoHighLevel.
