Project Management
Project Management (Trello • Asana • Notion)
This project demonstrates my ability to design and manage structured workflows using Trello, Asana, and Notion. It showcases how I organize tasks, coordinate processes, and build systems that simulate real business operations through clear workflow design, task tracking, and documentation.
Overview of the System
The project was built to simulate end-to-end project and operations management using different tools for specific functions. Trello was used for task execution and workflow movement, Asana for structured operational processes, and Notion for documentation and centralized system tracking.
Together, these tools form a complete workflow system that reflects real-world virtual assistant and operations support tasks.
Workflow & Task Management (Trello)
Trello was used to manage task execution through a structured workflow system designed to ensure clarity and progression of tasks from start to completion.
A 5-stage workflow was created: Client Requests, To Do, In Progress, Waiting for Feedback, and Done, allowing tasks to move through a clear and organized process.
Each task was structured with detailed descriptions, due dates, labels, and checklists to ensure clarity and proper execution. Comments were used to simulate task updates and workflow communication.
Labels were applied to categorize tasks by priority and type, improving visibility and organization within the board. Automation features were also utilized to streamline task movement and reduce manual updates.

Operations & Process Coordination (Asana)
Asana was used to simulate structured business operations for an online bakery system, focusing on managing end-to-end workflows such as order processing, communication, and reporting.
The project was organized into operational stages including New Orders, Processing, Waiting for Customer Response, For Delivery, Completed Orders, and Reports & Admin, allowing for clear tracking of task progression.
Tasks represented key business processes such as order recording, payment verification, preparation coordination, delivery management, and reporting. Communication-related tasks were also included to simulate client follow-ups, clarifications, and inquiry handling.
Complex processes were broken down into subtasks to ensure clarity and step-by-step execution, reflecting a structured approach to operational management.

Documentation & System Organization (Notion)
Notion was used to centralize documentation, track progress, and organize the overall workflow system.
A main dashboard was created to connect all sections of the system, providing a centralized space for navigation across tasks, reports, and resources.
A structured database system was developed to organize tasks based on status, priority, and timeline, ensuring efficient tracking and visibility of progress.
A Kanban-style board was implemented to visualize workflow stages such as To Do, In Progress, and Completed, improving clarity in task movement.
A reporting system was also created to summarize progress, completed work, and operational updates, ensuring structured documentation of overall workflow performance.
